Pabisa Hotels really is a great place to work. What are the main reasons for us believing this to be true? María Márquez, Human Resources Manager, has revealed what the employees’ rate most highly.

We love the Pabisa family. We love each one of the Pabisa hotels. And we thought we could start by introducing them to you: this is Pabisa Sofia.

Pau Julià has been managing the Pabisa Sofía hotel since April 2017. He has worked with Pabisa Hotels in several posts and at different stages of his career: he worked at the Bali hotel when he first started in 2006 and then went on to manage the Pabisa Chico. He spent five years of his professional career with Barceló hotels in Majorca and Fuerteventura, and also managed the Nova Beach Lounge complex. His motto: professionalism and proximity towards the client.  

Marian Cuenca is the manager of the Pabisa Bali hotel in Playa de Palma and has been for the last two seasons. She joined Pabisa Hotels in 2007, having worked previously with Riu Hotels. Before the Bali hotel, she spent four years at the Pabisa Sofía and five at the Pabisa Chico. In this new stage as manager of a four-star hotel there are great changes ahead which will benefit both guests and employees. “Always improving, that’s what we work towards”, emphasises the manager.
