Discover the most delicious dishes Majorcan cuisine has to offer at the Hotel Pabisa Bali
The holiday season may be over and three of our Pabisa hotels have closed for the winter, but there is no need to worry! Not every member of the Pabisa family has opted to take a break. Our Hotel Pabisa Bali remains open all year round, offering you the finest accommodation options in Playa de Palma.
Those of you planning to visit us will be able to enjoy a host of culinary delights and discover the secrets of the Mediterranean diet for yourselves thanks to our Majorcan gala buffet. And to give you a taste of the delicacies that await you, we will let you into just one of those secrets; dining on Majorca means two concepts guaranteed to win visitors’ hearts: freshness and flavour.
Every Saturday we prepare the finest Majorcan specialities: sopes mallorquines (Majorcan-style bread casserole), arròs brut (a broth-like spicy rice dish with meat) or llom amb col (pork loin wrapped in tender cabbage leaves), to name but a few of the many traditional dishes. You can also try one of Mallorca’s most popular dishes enjoyed at celebrations of all kinds: roast suckling pig, which locals called porcella, and the ensaïmada. And for those of you that prefer a vegetarian option, tumbet is a delicious selection of roasted vegetables including aubergine, pepper, potato and tomato bursting with the delicious flavours of Mallorca’s kitchen gardens.
Sample some of our superb Mallorcan wines and we guarantee you will be pleasantly surprised. Our wine list offers the finest selection from local wineries and the chance to taste the nuances that characterise them. Remember that our dining room is open from 6.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. and between 7.30 and 8.30 p.m.
Like to learn more about Mallorca’s gastronomy? Here you will find details of the island’s traditional dishes, Majorca’s finest specialities and its best-known beverages.
However, in addition to its Majorcan cuisine themed evening, gastronomy at the Hotel Pabisa Bali has much more to offer those that appreciate fine food. You can enjoy a delicious full breakfast at the magnificent morning continental buffet, as well as a wide range of dishes and show cooking at our lunch and dinner time, with also a evening hot and cold buffet. Furthermore, if you have booked our All Inclusive Plus option, you will be served an exquisite range of snacks and appetisers throughout the day.
Here at Pabisa hotels we love making your evening meal a very special dining experience and, in high season, when all the hotels are open you can enjoy a wide range of dishes from around the world throughout the week. Take note of the speciality gala dinners we have planned for next season and set sail on a delicious gastronomic voyage without leaving the island’s shores.
